1. What We Collect
When you upload your resume, we extract the text content solely to generate your roast and Glow-Up report. We do not store your resume file or its contents after your session ends. If you create an account, we store your email address and subscription status only. We collect no other personal information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your resume text is sent to Groq's AI API solely to generate your roast and Glow-Up report. It is not used for training, advertising, or shared with third parties. Your email (if provided) is used only to manage your account and subscription access. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
3. Authentication
We use Supabase to manage user accounts. When you sign in via magic link, your email is stored securely by Supabase. We do not store passwords. Session tokens are stored in your browser and expire automatically.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
Payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store or access your payment information such as card details. When you complete a purchase, Gumroad notifies us of your email and plan type so we can activate your subscription. Your billing relationship is with Gumroad directly.
5. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans: Monthly ($7), Quarterly ($9), and Yearly ($19). Your plan type and expiry date are stored in our database to verify your access. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges but does not affect access until your current period ends.
6. Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Supabase uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is essential for the service to function and cannot be disabled while using your account. If you use the free roast without signing in, no cookies are set.
7. Data Retention
Free users: no data is retained after your browser session ends. Paid users: your email and subscription status are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
8. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at mscodes09@gmail.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
